So after almost an entire week off from school Austin got to see a bunch of class mates and finally got to play some basketball! The boys only went to school on Thursday and they had Friday off as well so it was a long week!!! It is a challenge to keep them all entertained all the time!!! I have no idea what summer is going to be like! He was not really into playing at first and then he had to switch out and so I got him sitting on the chairs.......he wasn't to happy at that but he knows that everyone needs a turn to play....I am going to buy a better camera as well because half the pictures ended up as blurs.....so hopefully next weeks game pics will be better!
After he got back in the game he was bound and determined to get the basketball again! (I told him he needed to keep his hands to himself because he likes to push them away from the ball and get it that way! but after I explained he could get the ball without pushing people over he got really excited!) Well he kinda got to excited and he is standing waiting for the kid that he knocked over shoot free throws! After that he was more careful about how he got the ball! It is funny to watch the team play...he can't shoot as well as the other boys but he gets the ball about 95% of the time.....I think most of the opposing team underestimates his size and then they don't have a ball anymore and after a few rounds of losing the ball they watch him more carefully!! So everytime he would steal the ball away he would pass it and his team would score!!! They won again but we are not suppose to keep score! ha! yea right! The score was 12 to 6....they had a blast and enjoyed it so that is all that really matters!:) Well Roy didn't enjoy it to much...he is upset because he has to wait to play.....he has to be 6 so he has another year to go before he can join up....so he isn't to excited to watch while Austin plays....I told him that he will get his chance and then Courtney will be the one up here saying she doesn't want to watch her brothers play while she can't! He said that he would let her play even if she is to little!!! What a sweet boy! well most the time!
