Craziness

So where to begin??? Austin just had his 7th birthday and it was just with the family because everyone is sick......he got a razor scooter and a gift card and clothes.....he really likes the shirt because it talks!!! Roy is upset because he didn't get any new toys though we did buy all the kids a poster and some gloves.....The attitudes are not getting any better I think that it might just be me and Chris......he is going to leave soon and we don't have a clue on if they are changing the date again or not.....I hope that they don't but you can never tell with the military.....you can always count on how unorganized they are!!!! We went to the kids' fall festival at school and they got so much stuff it was crazy!!! they also got their hair colored.....Austin got black and Courtney got purple and Roy got orange.....that was ten days ago and it still hasn't come all the way out!!! I am just glad that he didn't get a darker color because he might never get it out!!!!! He was scared that I was washing all his hair off his head because we washed and scrubbed it several times in a row before I stopped!! he wasn't to happy about it......We got our flower bulbs planted....I hope that it is in a good spot and that they will grow well.....they smell so good and I have know idea what their name is.....Courtney went to the dentist today for the first time and she did absolutely wonderful!!!!! she sat there with her mouth open and did what she was told like she does it everyday!!! how nice that would be!!!! she got upset at the assistant because she gave her cinnamon instead of strawberry......she told the lady "this isn't strawberry but nasty cinnamon" what a crazy kid!! Oh I dyed my hair radio active green!!!!! well the bottom half anyways.......I figure since I am going to get it cut I might as well have fun with it......it doesn't look to bad but the bleach takes it toll on your hair.....a lot more than I realized.....I left enough of my natural color so I could get a nice short hair cut but still have something there.....the kids love it and they want to know when they can get their hair colored so we are going to get some hairspray color and let them use that......hope the school doesn't mind.....well that is an extremely short version of some of the stuff that has happened....till next time.....

So far this week

Let's see what happened this week.......I was talking to the kids about the new daycare and foster care that I am going to do and let slip that Chris was leaving in January so now the kids are being super clingy to Chris and already are acting up.....I can't blame them though I have known for a while and am really hating the thought of a whole year again....but there is a bright side to it and when I find it I will let you know!!:) Austin is acting like a grown man instead of a soon to be 7 year old!! Where and when did he get so damn smart and old????? If he is like this now I am wondering what he will be like in the years to come! that is going to be interesting.....Roy is so excited about school and he comes home everyday telling me exactly what he has been doing the other day I asked what songs they sang during music time and he told me wheels on the bus and coming around the mountain.....I told him that I really liked those songs when I was a little kid....then he informed me (one hand on his hip and his head tilted) that they didn't sing those songs back then!!!!! ha!!! he thinks I am old!!! I told him that even his grandparents sang some of those songs and he just gave me a look like sure crazy lady!! Courtney is a handful!!! Chris is already telling her about what she can't and can't do when she gets older!! so far I think the only thing he is letting her do is stay in the house with a metal armor suit!!! MEN! they get weird ideas when it comes to their daughters!!! She did something really funny though...she was giving Chris a hug and looked at his chest and said " Daddy you have really big pep peps" (that is her word for chest....we use to call nipples pepperoni's don't know where they got it from but it has stuck....I think Jennifer's kids taught them that word not sure) Well chris pretty much threw her on the couch for that and tickled her until she screamed so now that she knows she can get a good reaction out of him from it she has been saying it daily........I tell her not to but Chris still reacts to it so she is having fun!!! She is to smart for her own good sometimes! Chris has been playing bowling with the kids at night.....we have one of those big rubber balls and has the kids line up in the hallway and then bowls them over! it is rather hilarious and so far we haven't had any injuries.....well one roy was trying to run away and found the door was closed and ran his nose into it......that is the second time he has done something like that....the first was in Myrtle Beach (i'll put pics of those up later on) we were staying in a condo and the main bedroom had a sliding glass door.....well we were on the patio and roy wanted to see the rest of the rooms so he ran full speed into that glass door and bounced off really hard!!!! everyone left the patio to go laugh but he just got up and told everyone what he did and we all started laughing again.....at least he can laugh about stuff!!!:) Okay so that is about it for the week.....we have been playing and running around and getting everything together for work......
